Negotiations can be very stressful. We try to make the negotiation process as stress free as possible. We do this by once agian keeping you informed as to why a buyer or seller are asking for specific things. Also, expected time frame of inspections, repairs, mortgage documents to be procured and ect. We make ourselves as accessable as possible to you. If you have a concern we are only a phone call, text or email away. We expect to alway return any concerns in a timely manner. We always attend closings at the title company with our clients.

For our buyers. We take pride in educating our buyers the process of buying and the concerns they should have in buying and the transactions. We always suggest a buyer have inspections on thier homes. We want to be your real estate brokers for life! We will consistently provide services to you even after the transaction closes. We offer services that are fee based. The fee based services are for those who do not want to pay a commission.

• $495.00 list your property in the MLS
• $250.00 per hour for fiduciary services. exampleÂ(negotiating an offer on a property)
• $100.00 per hour for non-fiduciary services. example( marketing advisement)
